The façade features double windows, forming peaceful loggia spaces that buffer city noise.

Drawing inspiration from the Amsterdamse School architectural style, we’ve given the classic red brick a contemporary spin. Utilising the sustainable Meldorfer flat-faced brick, each layer wraps itself around the building like a skin and acts as an insulator while marrying traditional aesthetics with cutting-edge energy efficiency.
